I am an Accounts and Administration professional with over 4 years of experience in the development sector. I have worked with both national and international NGOs, contributing to effective financial management, administration, and donor compliance.

Currently, I am serving as an Senior Officer (Accounts and Admin) at the Environment and Social Development Organization (ESDO). My areas of expertise include software-based accounting, budgeting and financial reporting, tax and VAT management, procurement and logistics, audit coordination, and liaison with government and regulatory authorities, including the NGO Affairs Bureau.

I have hands-on experience managing donor-funded projects supported by organizations such as UNICEF and Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, where I played a key role in budget preparation, financial reporting, audits, and overall administrative coordination. I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting from the National University of Bangladesh, and I am committed to ensuring financial transparency, organizational efficiency, and sustainable development outcomes.
